Who we are
Ware Housesa (“we”, “us”) operates warehousesa.com, a free social games website. By using the site you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Free social play only
Ware Housesa is a free-to-play social games site. All 31 games are for entertainment only. There is no real-money gambling, nothing to buy, and no prizes of money or real-world value. Virtual coins have no cash value and can never be sold, transferred, exchanged or withdrawn. Doing well in a free game does not mean you would do well at real-money gambling.
Who can use this site
You must be 18 or older and resident in the United Kingdom to use Ware Housesa. We may ask you to confirm your age, and we may suspend or close any account we reasonably believe belongs to someone under 18 or outside the UK.
Your account
- You must give accurate information when you register and keep your password safe.
- One account per person. We may close duplicate or suspicious accounts.
- You can delete your account at any time from My Account, which removes your account file from our server.
- Coins, levels and plans are a fun, in-browser display only and may reset between sessions; they carry no monetary value and create no entitlement.
Our games
All games on Ware Housesa are built and hosted by us and are loaded on each game page from our own servers. We may add, change or remove games at any time. Games are provided “as is” for entertainment; we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site: no attempting to break or bypass our sign-in or account systems, no automated scraping, no abusive behaviour towards our Support team, and no using the site if you are not eligible under these Terms.
Liability
We provide Ware Housesa for fun, free of charge. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UK law.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time; the date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the update.
